Use the Better PDF Exporter - Tempo integration.

You have full access to pretty much every detail of the Tempo data, so you should be able to solve this use case.

(Disclaimer: I am developer working on this integration.)

Hi,

The option to export planned time in Tempo Timesheets depends on the version you are using.

In Tempo Timesheets 9, the option to plan or view plans of other users has been removed, so it is not possible to create an export of planned time for a team ( users can create plans for themselves but they are only displayed in the My Work, Calendar view and can not be viewed by other users. The option to view and export plans of teams is now only available in Tempo Planner.

In Tempo Timesheets versions before 9, planned hours are included in the Timesheet export. These hours are listed in the "Planned" tab of the Excel export.

Hi Susanne,

We have the Cloud version of tempo timesheet and we use the "planned" hours to register absencies and vacations; monthly we export the report in excel to create statistics, but we are not able to see planned time for all the users in the exported excel (only the planned time for the user that exported the report is showed in the "Planned" column of the Excel export). This is annoying because we need to ask to each employee their planned hours to fill the excel column, even if they already inserted the information in Tempo.

Can you please tell me if this is a bug, a missing permission or if you removed the "view plan of other users" permission in the Cloud version too?

Thank you and best regards.

Hi @Giombattista Denaro ,

The behavior is the same on Cloud and on Server.
When only Timesheets is installed, users can only view their own plans, not the plans of other users.
Users can also only create plans for themselves.

The permission to "View plans of team members"  can only be given when Tempo Planner is installed.

Regards

Susanne
