System not allowing log in - Error appearing

Today we have migrated the server that JIRA resides on to another ESX.  This was purposley done as part of an ESX upgrade process.  Before the move our JIRA system was working fine.  Now that the Server has been migrated we are unable to log into JIRA.

When I try to log in I get the below error in place of a log on screen:

 

HTTP Status 404 - /secure/Dashboard.jspa

type Status report

message /secure/Dashboard.jspa

description The requested resource is not available.

Apache Tomcat/7.0.62

 

I have made sure that the services are started and rebooted the server several times.  Can you Advise on what else i should do?

Hi @Kenneth Hazley ,

 

I think you should take a look at the server log files, starting with the atlassian-jira.log located in Application-Home/log.

Maybe there are some error messages, that might help.
