Hallo,
ich habe einen Kunden zu diesem Projekt hinzugefügt.
Danach habe ich versucht eine Probe-Supportanfrage zu stellen, doch diese
wurde nicht weitergeleitet, obwohl ich dem Kunden die benötigte Rolle, um Projekte durchsuchen zu können, zugeteilt habe.
Können Sie mir sagen woran das liegt?

Hello Manuel and welcome to Atlassian Community!

Just to make sure that we are on the same page, you added a customer on a Jira Service Desk project and this customer sent an email to open a request, but it didn't create the ticket, is that correct?
If so, you can check the reason why the email didn't create the ticket by going to Jira settings > Products > Email requests.
On this page, you can click on View log > Processing log for the email of your service desk.

Please, check the logs and let us know if any failure appears.
