Is there a way to update the support email address to be specific to my organization? Currently the configured email address is support@<Organization>.atlassian.net
We would like to change it as support@<Organization>.com

Yes this is possible.
Please look at the first row on how to change the outgoing email to your Organization.
You can also try the JEMH add-on if you want more control over your email.
