Student refund request

I paid for tuition deposit and my request status changed from SUBMITTED to WAITING FOR CUSTOMER a week ago. what does it mean and how long will it take for my request to be processed

Welcome to the community.  When users create request against a specific JSM site, it is completely up to the sites/project teams to determine what is their issue process are handled.

Your status of "Waiting for Customer" is just a WF status of your request, so you need to follow-up on your request to obtain the necessary support.

We (in the community) don't have access to your issue, so even you provide the issue link to us, we will not be able to address your ask at all.

Hi @Tansu Akdeniz  please is it safe I add my ticket here. All I wanted to know is what it’s meant by WAITING FOR CUSTOMER and how long it takes for requests to be processed
