Specific User not receiving emails

Hi,

 

We have a specific user that isn't receiving account emails such as password resets etc.  I can't see them arriving on the mail server so is there any way I can look at the log for Jira Servicedesk cloud?

Hi Nick,

I see that you filed a ticket with the Support team.  Once you get a resolution please let the Community know the resolution.
