Our customers say our templates look like spam because of the ticket number in the subject line, our signature block, and the fact email comes from a ticketing system. Plus some of our emails are arriving in the junk folder of customers.
We have reordered the subject like so the ticket number is last, we have added in an image based signature block and tried to research the best plug-ins to use.
In a nutshell we need our correspondence to be more business like and less help desk because we deal with members of the public and are trying to educate them about spam and phishing attacks which is frustrating.
Any plug-ins work around the community can suggest to make our first contact templates more business like and less spammy?

It will allow you to do that and much more but it isn't the easiest to configure because of the features it has.
