Size of icons of the background images in navigation cards in jira service management layout

Hello everyone,

I've been trying to upload a background image in various sizes for the icons on the navigation cards module in jira service management layout. But it seems that no matter the size of icon I upload Jira resizes them, and the icons get distorted and pixelates the images, which looks very bad.

Can anyone tell me the guidelines for uploading PNG files to this specific background images in navigation card module in jira service management?
