Hi Guys
I have three organizations, lets say OrgA, OrgB and OrgC. The customers from these organizations have requests wich are already closed.
Now I created a new organisation, lets say OrgD, and add all customers from OrgA and OrgB, because I want them to be able to see the requests from each other.
But this doesen't work. Maybe some of the requests are "private" (I don't know, haven't tried to find out).
Is it possible some how to share all requests from OrgA and OrgB to OrgD (sorry for the cryptic description :-) ? Since all customers from OrgA and OrgB are in the new OrgD, they should be able to see each others requests.
Best regards
Aleks
If the ticket is shared with org A only those users will see it, you will have to share it with org D so they all can. Jira won't check if users share a common org. It just shows it to those that belong to the org that the ticket is shared with
As an agent open the ticket and edit the organization field

Thank you. I add the two organizations with a bulk change.
When new tickets are created, there is an automation rule to add both organizations to the ticket.
best regards
