Share With Locked field in Portal

Hi Guys,

Hoping someone can help I have a field on our Portal page called Share With which is locked and not all of our projects are showing in the drop down. I think this field comes from Organizations which is a locked field also. Any one else have this field and if so is it connected to Organizations? How do i get all of our projects to show or filter into this field when added elsewhere in JIRA?

Thank you for reaching out to Atlassian Community!

The field “Share with” that shows in the portal is indeed the exact same field “Organizations” that shows on tickets in Jira (agent view).

This field will show automatically in the customer portal for customers that are members of an organization. If a customer was not added to an Organization, this field won’t be displayed for them, so it’s not a custom field that you can add or remove, it will depend if a customer is/is not a member of an organization.  

• Add an organization to a service project
• Add a customer to an organization
