what is the difference between organisation and project when setting up?

Hi Susan,

you can group your Jira Service Desk customers in Organizations, these can span multiple projects.

Hi @Susan Akinyi,

An organisation is used to group your customers by their organisation.

A project is used to have all issues, that belong together, in one place.

This could represent a team, a software or one of its modules , a real project, or something like that.
