Hi all,
Struggling to get a 365 Mailbox connected to our new helpdesk. I have tried all 4 options with 365 IMAP & POP details but get the following error -
Unfortunately JIRA couldn't connect to the mail server. Here is what the mail server said: "Read timed out" Check out our troubleshooting docs for help resolving the issue.
Troubleshooting docs do not help :(
Any ideas?

Yes, our mail server didn't have S/IMAP enabled. Had to enable it and open the port on the firewall to the server.
