Hi Community,
I want to set "Done" tickets read only for customers in Service Desks. I already set the property on the "done" status in my workflow on :
Property Key: jira.issue.editable Property Value: false
but i can still add a comment in the customer channels view. Do i miss something here? I cannot find any reference to that problem. Do i need to configure any screens ?
