Set approver based on reporter field with behaviours

Hi I am new to Jira and Groovy and got a question on the behaviours.
We have an key in the user properties for the supervisor of the employee and I would like to automatically write this into the field Approver. The field should already be filled in the create screen of the customer portal. Is this possible with the Behaviors plugin?
