ServiceDesk Customer Portal error when request generic mail as serviceDeskId is not defined

Hi guys,

after upgrading jira core to 9.4.1 with service management 5.4.1 I've got an issue with ServiceDesk Customer portal: when I try to create a request by generic mail the browser keeps loading without response , on console I see this error:

Strange story by refreshing the page the issue disappears
