also setup the email request. but When I send the mail to ws@bbposhk.atlassian.net the portal don't have any issue created....... is it some wrong ?

nownto your issue, please verify that you set up the email channel in the following location: project > settings > email requests. Make sure that you have a Request Type associated with emails. Test the email to ensure a connection is validated. Ensure that the user sending the email is indeed a customer or agent.
