We set up another service desk project and are inviting - internal staff to use it. They aren't receiving the email invitation and can't login. I've checked those invited aren't already using our other service desk project.
Any suggestions to add customers and why emails notifications aren't received? Thanks

I saw that you created a ticket with our support related to the same question where they tested adding a test account to your project and the notification was received.
I just wanted to add that I checked blocks and bounces to your domain and find only one email that was affected by the error below:
550: 550 5.1.1 ...@... Email address could not be found, or was misspelled (G8)
If it was happening to a specific user, it should work now.
