Hi, we're using Service Desk data center and the reporting is pretty basic.
From a Service Desk perspective, what are people using for add-on reporting for metrics, logged time, etc? I see a lot of different reporting add-on's available.
I'm wondering if most people have a "favorite."

I always find that people do not use a lot of Jira functionality, because they are not good with JQL, I always recomend doing good filters to have better reporting with the dashboards in Jira.

If this is still to basic to you, there are a lot of reporting apps out there, and sometime you should just choose the one that covers your necesities.
My favourite one is Eazy BI. Which is hard to start but very rewarding later one, they have this demo page which is great to get inspiration. https://eazybi.com/accounts/1001/cubes
There are more good ones, but sometimes you have to choose between easy to use reporting or having to code it. Depends on the profile of your users.
