Service Desk Customer Portal Customization

Hello, setting up my service desk, but not able to add due date as a field. Any help or advise would be appreciated. Thanks!

I think the due date should be there by default. Go into edit screen and if you do not see then click “where is my field” enter “due date” and it will likely say it isn’t configured for the screen. Click the link and add the filled to the screen. 

Let me know if that does not work.

It's just not showing up as even as option which so so strange because I've setup other issue type requests in the same service desk and it was available....

Hi Alison,

  • Go to project settings 
  • Go to Screens
  • Go to create screen 
  • Ensure that due date is added to the available Fields 

The due date should show when you want to add to the service desk request type
