Service Desk Automation of Comments with an Email Definite

Hello good day, I have a doubt I am wanting to do an automation to save the comments that are created from an external email to the company and that these comments are saved in the ticket that is created for the requirement, we have an email assigned for this task but the comments are not saved in the main ticket that is created by Service Desk but creates a new ticket, does anyone know how to change this?
