Hello,

How can I create in Jira Service Desk an issue(request) and send this request to a random chosen email address(es)

or

How can I comment on an exsiting request and add in this request a random email address(es) who will receive a mail?

--> Random email address (user is not a customer in my service desk)

Best regards,

Peter

Hi Peter,

For someone to receive a notification of a service desk ticket, they must have access to the ticket, so it's possible to do this only with customers and users that have an account and has permission in the project, but you can send email about a ticket to an "external user" using the add-on Email this issue.
By installing this add-on, you will be able to click on "Email" in the ticket and send to anyone, even though they are not a user in your instance.
This is a paid add-on, but you can test to check it has the feature you need.

Hope this helps!

Regards,
Angélica
