Select a request type icon : Oops! Something went wrong, please try again

Hi,

When I attempt to select a request type icon, I receive the error message: ‘Oops! Something went wrong, please try again.’

This issue occurs only in Production; the same action works successfully in QA.

Do you have any error in the console or in the logs ?
