I have created a filter to have the list of tickets in my project selected by ID, category, country, Time to first response and Time to resolution, etc...
When I try to export the Excel or CSV file, all the other custom fields such as category and country are exported on the file but I am not able to get the SLA time to first response not Time to resolution. I have to manually add them every time as I use Tableau for my visual reporting monthly. No need to say it is a tedious task that I would prefer to have automated.
As per the below, you can see the fields that I have on the report but no Time SLA is exported. I, however, get the Created date on the file.
Is there a way to automate the Export file to have those SLA added?

If you are on Server 8.0 or higher you can export SLA
if you are on cloud you cannot yet - JRACLOUD-62457
We have moved from Cloud to Server more than a year ago.
Is it an automated option to get SLA exported, is there something I am missing to have them?
