My contact withe my customer is based on the asset provided.For example, ASSET-A is covered by SLA1 .If I use the asset management plugin will the incident be able to pull all this data form the asset database .

I'm not very familiar with this topic but from what I can read the new Insight integration in JSM Cloud supports IQL in JQL , so this should work out of the box:
However, please notice that this is not supported in the Insight app (that will go end-of-life for existing users on March 31, 2022). According to below page this is only available for Insight in Jira Service Management Cloud Premium or Enterprise:
