SLA feature not working in Jira service desk 4.13.4 after we upgraded the same.
We upgraded Jira on test environment from 7.13.1 to 8.13.4. After Jira software upgrade, we directly upgraded the Jira service desk.
Now after re indexing, the SLA feature is not working. Not able to see it on tickets in the service desk projects and also the SLA tab is not opening via the project admin console.
next to the screenshots Brant requested I am wondering if there is a meaningful error message logged from atlassian-jira.log/atlassian-servicedesk.log* in your server's filesystem?
