SLA counter in filter?

Deleted user September 5, 2019

Morning, we are using Jira Service Desk cloud and I have a user who would like a filter that contains the SLA time value rather than counting down to the breach time or past the breach timer value that it defaults to.

I know I can see this in a report by adding a series and picking average, however I cannot figure out how to add it in a filter so I can schedule a subscription and they can sort the report by category?

Thanks!
Jason

Hello @[deleted]

Every SLA has a name, you got to issue navigator and you will see "columns" on the right there you add fields which you want in your filter report, there you write your SLA name.

Thank you for the reply.  Yes I can do that the issue is the data it presents is the countdown timer for the SLA or the overage time for the violated SLA.  What I am looking for is the actual count of total time for that SLA timer.

As an example you can see that if you go to reports inside the project and make a report with the SLA average as the series and click on any given month it will show a list of issues and the total time of the SLA there.  However that screen is not customizable, I cannot add and sort by things like category.

So the frustration is that we have one thing, categories, in the filters and another, SLA total time, in the reports but I cannot find a way to combine them in a single table.
