Apologies if this is too obvious a question but I can't find the answer online!
I want to set up an SLA such that certain issues are resolved within two days.
Support is only offered 9-5 so I'm going to use the sample 9-5 calendar.
If I do that, do I set my SLA response time to be 48 hours or 16 hours?

if your calendar has 9-5 working hours and you want 2 business days then you would select 16hrs.
