Round time up to 30 minutes.

We're a company that sells support hours in blocks of 30 minutes. 10 blocks at a time. Im looking for a way to sound hours used up to the next 30 minute mark. 

We would like to tie these hours to a costumer rather than individual issues.

If a plugin does these two things that would be fine too.
