Restrict user not to create issue in particular issue type

How can I restrict user not to create issue in particular issue type after a particular time of the day

Hello Akansha,

This can be done by using scripting in the validation section of the create transition using script runner plugin. In the script you can mention to return false if the time is certain time of the day and for a certain user and certain issueType.
