Restrict "Private requests" option

Hi,

is there a way to block customers from opening "Private requests"?

The "Organization" attribute is the main filter I use to track and analyse traffic generated by the different groups of clients we offer services to. Hence, when a specific user opens a "Private request" and the organization value is missing from the filters, it corrupts my reports data. 

Is there a way to restrict the Private requests?

Hi,

There is currently a Suggestion to have this feature implemented in Cloud and Server.  You can find feature requests at JSDCLOUD-4473, JSDSERVER-4473 and JSDSERVER-4648

Please vote on the issues to add impact so we can get this feature implemented in JIRA in the future.
