Restrict access to a "Classic Business" Project

Hi, I'm trying to restrict one of ther users access to a particular project but I'm finding it difficult to achieve that. Could someone let me know a simple and straighforward process to achieve this?

Modify the permission scheme for the project in a way that provides the right access to the people who need it and limits access for those who don't.

Indeed, the most important permission to consider here would be "Browse Projects"
