We are using JIRA Cloud tenant for Jira Service desk, Jira Software and Confluence.
We are facing issue while users replying on email for tickets or issues raise in Jira Service Desk are not getting added in comment. we checked the incoming email setting where we are not getting Default cloud email server configured for the tenant. Please find attached screen shot for your reference. Can you please help us to recover default Cloud mail server configuration.
I’m noat quite following your question. Note, for incoming issue creation you need to check project > project settings > email notifications. Are you using the Atlassian provided email for creating tickets or custom? For outgoing notifications check the outgoing email settings. I don’t know what you mean by someone being added to the comment.
