When a request is raised to support@, the full name of the requestor becomes linked/merged with the support@ address and I can find no way to unlink it, the user accounts are unaffected in Google Admin (no aliases or other association with support@). Is there something in our JIRA ticketing setup causing these contacts to merge? Is anyone else seeing this?
Users added manually to JIRA, I'm seeing this contact merge in iOS, MacOS and Google Suite.
Any help would be appreciated,
