Request Type not working on the Customer Help Center Portal

Although customers are selecting a specific Request Type in the customer portal, after a ticket is created it always shows the request type as Desktop/Laptop support. The selected Request Type is a custom one.

 

Is anyone else seen this problem?

Problem figured out: a wrong created automation was changing it.
