Reporter name does not show proper in exported excel

Greetings 

Is it me or some of you guys are getting this.

When i export issues to excel the Reporter name does not show the Reporter name it shows numbers and words like this qm:9b463b79-3a3d-45c7-af25-89023b2350e0:5b3f20a6ff95f12e1eab2d35 instate of the Report name or Report email address. 

How can this be resolve?

Thank you for reaching out to Atlassian Community!

Since GDPR was introduced, customers are now identified by this unique ID to protect their personal information.

With that said, it will show the ID when exporting issues and when a customer is deleted from the site it will also show the ID instead of the full name.

There is a feature request suggesting the implementation of this ability:

• Include the email address instead of the QM code for JSD customers on the CSV export
