Hi, we need to have in JSM a report per Organization (these are our customers) of all closed tickets in a period with fields like datetime created, reporter, subject, assignee, time spent, datetime closed and a total of time spent for this Organization in this period (usually one/three/six/twelve months). Is there a report like this and if not, is it possible to create one and how? We need it because we have to report to our customers the work we have done for them and the time we have spent. (Also it would be great if we could mark time logged in every ticket as billable or not billable)

using built-in features you can't do that. The best way to implement this requirment is using Tempo Timesheet Plugn (https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/6572/tempo-timesheets-time-tracking-reports?hosting=cloud&tab=overview).
It's a very powerful plugin.
