Release notes from Jira and Servicedesk

We have our dev projects in Jira and out support projects in Servicedesk. Occasionally there will be a release that includes issues from both the jira dev project and the support servicedesk project.

At the moment, our PM's need to pull a release note from Servicedesk, and also from Jira creating two separate ones and consolidate them.

Is there a way to link them both together in someway that may make this more efficient?

Better PDF Exporter is a cloud app that can generate release notes (and document in general) from any set of issues. If you can write a JQL that returns the complete data set, then it is just an extra click to get the release notes.

There is no way to do this at least natively. Maybe an addon but “releases” in JSD is a foreign concept to me and unsure how this is even accomplished.
