I have now a issue for my Service desk projects.
My situation:
Customers:
When Customer 2 logon on the Service portal. she sees also Project 1 and 2. How can I fix thats Project 1 is not visible

Probably they (Customer 1 and 2) have the same permission for your Service Desk projects, this guide should give you a better clarification about that
