Unfortunately, customization options are very limited. It's impossible to change it.

@MII Dewi You can use an app in marketplace like Refined to make some portal customizations.  Those types of apps are not free though.

Hello,

There's an add-on Better Search in Customer Portal which allows for the customization.

The plug-in also allows to configure where the search field should be visible on the customer portal, for example, you can enable the “search“ field on the main page of the help center or add the field for the specific project. Also, request types can be sorted with name by DESC or ASC.
