After Update we can't create any issues in Service Desk

Hello after update to latest Version 4.2.2 we can't create any issues form the Service Desk screen the Google Chrome tells me that reason key "sd.validation.request.creation.failure.required.field" but i haven't create any requierd fields.

@henriklemlog  Have you checked field configuration ,checked if required field is hidden?  Summary also required filed.

Do background reindexing, May be it will resolved your issue.

@henriklemlog : Are using scriptrunner or any other plugin which make field required. please check the plugin configuration as well.

@Suresh Sakhare  my Problem was solved if i disable the Plugin deviniti active directory sync

Thanks for your answeres i checked both no required fields in request form.

 

If I want to create a ticket via jira this will not work either.123.png

Please check the request form and field configuration, May be some required field removed from request form or some field made required in field configuration.

Hi @henriklemlog ,

Please check "Workflow -> Create transition -> Validators" and also take a look at customer portal request type screen from "project settings -> request types -> edit fields".
