In our system Jira Service Mgmnt App, we are not to able to receive new tasks or requirements previously sent it for our internal customer.
We only receive the emails, but in the web app we can´t see theses request on list.

Welcome to the community. Can you provide more details on your configuration setup where you establish to use emails as intake of issues of your JSM projects?
