Projekt Time Report

Hi all,

iam looking for a Report for Jira Service Desk that shows me the actual amount of time spend for a single Cusomer.

I woulf like to get at the end of a week one report with all our customers listet an the complete Time we spend on the Tickets of each customer. Just a Summary of the time per customer. So we can sum the time up and bill the customer for that time.

Anybody an idea how I can solve my problem? Maybee an Addon ?

Also, app Time in status for Jira Cloud can help you to get this information for Jira Software and Jira Service Desk projects. You can do it by choosing report assignee time - shows the time that a particular user was assigned to each issue. This add-on allows create user groups for calculation time each team spends on tickets. 

Additionally, there is an available ability to export data and view it as charts.
