Project Permissions - JIra Service Desk Cloud

Hi

I created a service desk project yesterday using the settings from an existing one.  Since creating the new once I have had a number of permission issues that don't occur with the project I have cloned from.

For instance when I try and access the Email Requests project settings on the new project it states

"

Snap! You can't view this page

You need to be a Service Desk Agent to access this page. Contact your administrator if you need access."

I can however access it in the original project I cloned from.

Does anybody know what could cause this?

Hello @Alan Richard,

It looks like the answer is in the Jira message :)

You need to be a Service Desk Agent to access this page.

You need to add yourself to the Service Desk Team role in the new project you've created (see doc here).

When creating a project using settings from an existing one, it doesn't copy the project role membership - you have to do this manually.
