I want to create an automation rule conditioned by the support language because I want to send customer notifications based on the support language but I don't find any field or function to use in on conditions

On Jira Service Desk projects, it's possible to add different languages and make it available in the customer portal.
Customers will receive notifications on their languages if they change this information on their profile in the portal, it will not be based on automation.
Once they change their profile language, the portal will change and if the language was added to the project, the notifications will be sent with the correct translation.
Please, go to Project Settings > Language support. Add the necessary languages and if there is any error or something that needs to be corrected, it will show a yellow dot. After everything is confirmed, go back to Language support and click on Available to customers.
