After removing the help from a field reported in Theme Ext., when the language is changed the content of that field continues to appear despite having also deleted the corresponding translation. Specific catches:
if puts jira in safe mode the problem its the same.

please check the description field in the related Field Configuration associated to your project.
In that place, probably, the description has not been deleted.
That should fix your issue.
