Hi,
I have a terrible problem. we have working Hours calendar(8-16). Issues that are assigned to technicians before the end of the working hours, their SLAs pause but issues that are assigned after 16:00 pm, SLA does not pause! SLA start when Issues assigned tp technician. SLA should be paused until 08:00 am.
Please help me to resolve this problem.
