I am trying to bulk edit some issue and each time I generate the Bulk Edit list and I choose Edit, I have 4 custom fields each time selected by default for update.
I have checked all these fields are not mandatory as well.
To do not populate them with empty value in the system, I need each time to unselect them by scrolling. This is not blocking for me.
Any suggestion is welcome.
Hello, how do they look like at the custom field page? Do they have default values? Do they always show up regardless if you select them to update or not?

They look like same as other generic fields and no default values given for now.
Yes these field are always in checked(selected) regardless if we select them or not.

Does this happen with bulk updates of tickets from any project? How about different issue types?

Yes it happens with any project .
Mainly with user type as "Elements Connect - Live - User".

Then I would suggest you contact the app developer. We have used the app in the past but never had this behavior.
