We want to cenfigure our service desk to automatic create issue from each email sent to specific address from all our clients. We stuck on administration->system->Incoming Mail
When we set checkbox "Create Users " and click test we get error :Found 1 unprocessed message(s) in the imaps folder.

how to solve this?
you are looking in the wrong place. admin > system > incoming is NOT for setting up email channel for JSD project. Rather go to project > project settings > email requests.

That's right! We had configured it in both that places. After remove config from administration->system->Incoming Mail everything works perfect.
