Our Service desk has now been updated so that we can specify the version to which we will deliver a bug fix or update to a feedback that our customer has made.
Is there any way that I could add this Fix to version field visible to the Customer's view (screengrab below)?

The portal does not support that out of the box. To show additional information to the customer, you would need an app, like the one we created - Advanced Portal Reports . Feel free to try it, it allows you to show many standard and custom fields to the customer, allows the customer to sort or rearrange the columns, export to CSV, etc.

We recently launched a new app that allows to prompt users for the affected version on customer portal.
The form would show a project field with cascading version and/or component
