Portal search bar: Can I change the text in this bar?

Can I customize this text?

Unfortunately there's no way of doing this currently. There's an open feature request for this which you might want to vote on.

This request was created several years ago and is still in 'Gathering Interest' so it seems to be a fairly low-priority feature unfortunately
